Jeff Pacocha

Jeff Pacocha is an experienced professional currently serving as a Client Success Specialist and previously as Lead Account Manager and Account Manager at Transportation One LLC since July 2021. With a strong background in customer relations and account management, Jeff has also officiated hockey games at various levels for the USA Hockey Officiating Development Program since August 2012, where responsibilities include maintaining game integrity and teaching future officials. Prior to Transportation One LLC, Jeff worked at Coyote Logistics from May 2018 to June 2021 as an Operations Representative, overseeing significant account operations and enhancing customer experience. Additional experience includes training new staff at Oak Park Country Club and various roles in merchandising and warehousing. Educational qualifications include studies in Communications at Governors State University and an Associate of Arts degree from Triton College.
