Isabella Skuce has a diverse work experience with a focus on research and analysis. Isabella began their career at Starbucks Coffee Company as a Shift Supervisor from August 2007 to January 2010. Isabella then transitioned to Old Dominion University where they worked as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant from January 2011 to May 2011, and as an Undergraduate Research Assistant from August 2011 to May 2012. Isabella continued their research work at Old Dominion University as a Graduate Research Assistant from August 2012 to May 2016. During this time, they also served as a Research Participation Advisor from May 2013 to August 2014. Isabella's research skills were further utilized at Transportation Research Center Inc. where they worked as a Research Analyst, specializing in Human Factors and Crash Avoidance, starting from February 2015. Prior to their research roles, Isabella briefly worked as a Retail Associate at the Smithsonian Institution from June 2012 to August 2012.

Isabella Skuce's education history begins in 2007 when they attended Northern Virginia Community College and earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Social Sciences. Isabella then transferred to Old Dominion University in 2010 and graduated magna cum laude in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree, majoring in Psychology and minoring in Business Administration. Isabella continued their education at Old Dominion University, where they completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Experimental Psychology from 2012 to 2016. Finally, they enrolled at The Ohio State University in 2021, where they are currently pursuing a Master of Science (MS) degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering, set to be completed in 2025.
