Megan Cauley

Megan Cauley has held various roles throughout their work experience. Megan started their career in 2013 as a Staffing Manager at Elwood Staffing Services, Inc., where they conducted interviews, managed payroll, and built positive client relationships. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Recruiter/Human Resources Assistant at AcuSport Corporation, recruiting candidates for a warehouse system and collaborating with hiring managers. In 2016, they joined CareWorks USA as an Absence Management Specialist, determining eligibility for leaves of absence and processing claims. From 2017 to 2021, they served as a Workforce Services Coordinator at OhioMeansJobs Logan County, working with local employers to address staffing needs and assisting clients with resumes. Megan Cauley's most recent role is as a Human Resources Generalist at Transportation Research Center Inc., where they currently work.

Megan Cauley earned their AA degree in Horse Husbandry/Equine Science and Management from The University of Findlay, where they studied from 2011 to 2013. Megan then pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Southern New Hampshire University, which they will complete between 2021 and 2024. Additionally, in December 2013, Megan Cauley obtained a certification as a Certified Staffing Professional from the American Staffing Association.
