Donald F. Ross

Donald F. Ross, CHSC, has extensive experience in the transportation industry, primarily in accident investigation and safety analysis. Since May 2000, Donald has served as a Senior Investigator for the Atlantic Region at the Transportation Safety Board of Canada, focusing on complex transportation accidents in the railway sector. Prior to this role, Donald held various positions within the Transportation Safety Board of Canada, including Senior Investigator and Safety Analyst. Donald's career began at CN, where several roles were undertaken, such as General Car Foreman and System Special Commodities Officer, spanning from 1975 to 1994. Additionally, Donald served as RVP Atlantic for CSSE from 2002 to 2016.
