Kent Wickens

Manager, Regional Operations / Air Investigations - Pacific at Transportation Safety Board of Canada

Kent Wickens is a seasoned professional in aviation and military operations with extensive experience in leadership and enforcement. Currently serving as Manager of Regional Operations for Air Investigations at the Transportation Safety Board of Canada since November 2019, Kent also holds the position of Commanding Officer for the Seaforth Highlanders of Canada. Previous roles include Commanding Officer of the 39 Signal Regiment (RCCS) and leadership positions at Transport Canada, where Kent was involved in civil aviation enforcement and flight operations investigations. With a background as a pilot at Kelowna Flightcraft Air Charter Ltd. and a command role in the 15th Field Artillery Regiment, Kent brings a diverse skill set to the field. Kent earned a Bachelor of Arts in Geography, specializing in Remote Sensing and Computer Cartography, from Simon Fraser University.
