Morten Find Lærkholm

Morten Find Lærkholm has a long and varied career in logistics and supply chain management. Morten began their career in 2002 as Deputy Country Logistics Manager at Maersk Logistics Cameroon. From 2004 to 2012, they held various positions at Damco, including Global Head of Business Development - Technology Vertical, Director, South Asia COO, Senior General Manager, South Asia Regional Manager, General Manager, Chairman's Office, and Manager of Entry Level Programs, Corporate HR. In 2012, they founded and became CEO of Transporteca, an online booking portal for shippers to compare and book freight forwarder services.

Morten Find Lærkholm obtained a BSc in Finance from Copenhagen Business School between 2005 and 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a BSc in International Business from Copenhagen Business School between 2000 and 2004. Morten also holds certifications from Miller Heiman (Strategic Selling / Conceptual Selling, obtained in 2011), A.P. Moller - Maersk (Leading Leaders - the Leadership Pipeline, obtained in 2008), and Praendex Europe (The Predictive Index System, obtained in 2004).
