Adela Rubio Rodriguez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in labor relations and human resources management. Currently serving as the Head of Labor Relations and Institutional Relations at Transports Metropolitans de Barcelona (TMB) since October 2017, Adela has a robust background that includes a previous role as Director of Labor Relations at The Eat Out Group, managing labor relations for approximately 4,000 employees across Spain. Adela's expertise encompasses collective bargaining, conflict resolution, personnel administration, and training development. Earlier positions include HR Business Partner at Iberdrola, Director of Labor Relations and Personnel Administration at Montbrue, S.A., and Labor Lawyer at the Centro de Estudios Legales. Adela holds a Licenciatura en Derecho from the University of Barcelona and has pursued additional studies in human resources development at ESADE, along with ongoing education in labor law and social security.
