David Solé Gimeno

David Solé Gimeno currently serves as the 2nd Deputy Mayor and Councilor of Security, Governance, Cleaning, and Licenses and Activities at the Ajuntament de Castelldefels since June 2023, while also holding positions as Metropolitan Advisor for the Àrea Metropolitana de Barcelona and a Board Member at Transports Metropolitans de Barcelona. Additionally, David serves as the President of the Board of Directors for SAC Serveis Ambientals de Castelldefels S.A. and has been a key figure in the Partido Popular since September 2009, fulfilling roles such as Chief of Staff for the PP of Barcelona and Secretary of Provincial Policy for PP Catalonia. David’s extensive experience in local governance includes previous roles within the Ajuntament de Castelldefels and Consorci Localret. Academically, David holds a Master's in Management of Organizations in the Knowledge Economy, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, and a diploma in Business Sciences from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, along with additional studies from notable institutions including IESE.
