Bradley Robus

Bradley Robus is an experienced professional in the electrical and energy sectors, currently serving as a Grid Asset Controller at Transpower New Zealand since November 2024. Prior to this role, Bradley worked as a Network Controller at Powerco, focusing on the application of network operating policies and hazard identification. Bradley's extensive background includes a tenure as a Senior Network Controller at Eskom, where responsibilities encompassed real-time power system control, network optimization, and management of network events, as well as safety oversight. Bradley also served as a Line Mechanic, performing maintenance on medium-voltage distribution systems, and began career foundations as an Apprentice Electrician at Transnet SOC Ltd. Additional experience includes building low-voltage electrical distribution panels while working for Power Flo Electrical. Educational credentials include completion of studies at the Transnet School of Engineering and Port Rex Technical High School.
