VP Of Physical Network Engineering at Transtelco

Gibran Araiza has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Gibran began their career in 2000 as an Electronic Technician at Texscan S.A de C.V. In this role, they gained valuable technical skills.

In 2002, Gibran joined Transtelco, where they held various roles over the years. From 2002 to 2006, they worked as a Wireless Netwrok Designer, contributing to the design and implementation of wireless networks.

Later, they transitioned to more senior positions at Transtelco. From 2002 to 2020, Gibran served as the VP of OSP Engineering & Construction, responsible for managing the installation of DWDM solutions between Mexico and the USA. Gibran also developed standards and procedures for fiber optics installations, troubleshooting fiber optics links, and maintaining energy consumption in data centers. Additionally, they oversaw the documentation of fiber optics routes and the installation of rectifiers systems.

In January 2020, Gibran was promoted to VP of Physical Network Engineering at Transtelco, a position they currently hold.

Gibran Araiza attended the ITCJ (Instituto Tecnológico de Ciudad Juarez) from 1996-2001, where they obtained a degree in Electronic Engineering. Gibran then pursued further education at the same institution, earning a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician. It is not mentioned if they have any additional certifications.
