Rocio A. Martinez

Rocio is responsible for the people’s strategy and human resources operations. She brings 20+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry with operations in different countries of Latin America and the Caribbean. In addition to earning a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Sciences, Rocio holds a master's degree in Open Information Systems from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico and is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
