Amanda Maddison

Amanda Maddison is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in strategic change management and organizational transformation. Currently serving as the Chief of Staff for TransUnion’s International Operations since December 2023, Amanda drives the execution of strategic initiatives to support the organization's growth. Previously, Amanda held the role of Senior Director of Global People Programmes at The Trade Desk, leading the design and implementation of People Operations strategies. Prior positions include Chief of Staff at BT, where Amanda developed a people strategy for 140,000 employees, and Business Change Director at KCOM, overseeing critical pre-sale due diligence and business restructuring. Amanda has also contributed to interim leadership roles at various organizations, focusing on operational change programs and strategic transformation.
