Carolyn Lind is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent management, organizational design, and strategic planning. Currently serving as Chief of Staff to the CHRO and Sr. Director of Strategic Planning at TransUnion, Carolyn plays a pivotal role in advancing the HR and Communications strategy. Previous roles include Director of Talent Management and Org Design at Baxter International Inc., where leadership of talent strategies for a global workforce was central, and Head of Global Talent Management Practices at Northern Trust, focusing on enterprise-wide talent initiatives. Additional experience encompasses board membership with the Human Resources Management Association of Chicago, senior HR leadership positions at Northern Trust Corporation, CNA Insurance, and Blue Cross and Blue Shield, and consultancy roles specializing in organizational effectiveness. Carolyn holds a Master's degree in International Human Resource Development from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Duke University.
