Heber Montero has extensive experience in project management, system analysis, and development, beginning with a tenure at SQL Consultores from October 2005 to February 2013 as Administrator of Projects, Analyst, and Systems Developer. From January 2019 to October 2023, Heber served as Local IT Manager and IT Business Partner at Roche. In March 2025, Heber took on roles as Senior Business Operations Consultant and Business Operations Consultant at TransUnion. Heber is pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management at Universidad Hispanoamericana, having previously earned a degree in Computer Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Costa Rica from 2006 to 2010.
