Elly Vacoulis has work experience in customer insights and market research. Elly started at Transurban in 2019, where they held the roles of Customer Insights Lead and Customer Insights Analyst. Prior to that, they worked at Toll Group as a Voice of Customer Analyst from 2016 to 2019. In 2015, they interned at Monash University, focusing on market research and analytics.
Elly Vacoulis completed their Bachelor of Arts/Business degree in Marketing and Communications from Monash University from the years 2012 to 2015. In addition, they obtained certifications in Project Management from Kepner-Tregoe in May 2019 and in Research Skills: Questionnaire Design from AMSRS in November 2018.
