Helena Bugeja

Helena Bugeja is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in people and culture leadership roles. Currently, Helena serves as the Vice President of People and Culture for North America at Transurban since October 2019, previously holding positions such as General Manager for Corporate and Enablement Functions and People & Culture Partner and Development Lead. Prior to Transurban, from September 2005 to May 2019, Helena worked at ANZ, where responsibilities included serving as Global Head of Resourcing & Onboarding (acting) and leading various HR functions related to resourcing, diversity, and business partnerships. Helena's educational background includes a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources from La Trobe University.
