John Ladas

John Ladas is an experienced technology leader with a focus on financial services. Currently serving as the Head of Core Tolling, Customer, Billing & Collections at Transurban since October 2022, John provides strategic technical leadership for tolling and customer applications, promoting engineering excellence. Prior to this role, John held various positions at the Commonwealth Bank from December 2008 to September 2022, culminating in acting General Manager of CommSec Technology. Earlier career experiences include consulting at New Zenith Group and Planpower, and leadership roles at TigerEx Group and ING Australia. John holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of New South Wales.
