Karl Davey

Karl Davey is an experienced risk and compliance professional with over two decades of expertise in enterprise risk management and business resilience. Currently serving as General Manager Risk and Compliance at Transurban since March 2015, Karl leads global Enterprise Risk Management, Business Resilience, and Compliance Teams across various regions, including Australia and North America. Previously, Karl held positions such as Chief Risk Officer at Cleanaway Waste Management and Director at PwC Australia, focusing on integrating risk management into organizational culture and processes. Karl also has a background in consultancy and education, having managed risk management services and developed training courses throughout their career. Karl holds a Bachelor of Engineering with Honors in Information System Engineering from the University of Surrey.
