Mark Richard has extensive experience in customer insights and analytics, currently serving as the Head of Customer Insights at Transurban since July 2002. In this role, Mark is responsible for delivering customer insights through regular reporting and bespoke analytics for millions of users of Transurban's services. Previous positions at Transurban include Manager of Analytics and Revenue Realisation, Customer Analytics Lead, and Business Project Manager, where Mark contributed to various initiatives aimed at maximizing revenue and improving customer understanding. Prior to Transurban, Mark worked as a Management Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, focusing on data warehousing projects for Telstra. Mark holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computing from Monash University, earned between 1995 and 1998.
