Michelle Cross Fenty Esq.

Michelle Cross Fenty ESQ. is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various high-profile roles. Currently serving as External Counsel at Transurban since September 2019, Michelle previously held the position of Managing Director & General Counsel at Parsan Cross from 2015 to 2019. Prior experience includes acting as the IDB Representative for the Inter-American Development Bank in Trinidad and Tobago from 2009 to 2015, and serving as Of Counsel at Perkins Coie LLP from 2005 to 2009. Michelle also worked as Managing Director and Divisional General Counsel at BearingPoint from 2000 to 2005, and as a Corporate Attorney at the National Retail Federation from 1997 to 2000. Michelle earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International and Comparative Law with a focus on International Trade from Georgetown University Law Center, where studies took place from 1995 to 1996.
