Olivia Hill

Olivia Hill is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in people and culture operations. Currently serving as General Manager of People & Culture Operations at Transurban since January 2022, Olivia's career includes significant roles at NAB from April 2018 to January 2022, where responsibilities included Head of Colleague Services, Head of Payroll Services, Head of People Operations, and Head of People Consulting. Prior to NAB, Olivia held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at BT from November 2014 to December 2017. The early career spans various roles at Capgemini from May 2005 to November 2014, including Engagement Director of Human Resources Outsourcing and Director of HR Centres of Excellence. Previous positions also include Head of HR for Solectron in 2004-2005 and HR Manager for CSC from 2000 to 2004. Academically, Olivia holds a Master's in Business Analytics from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor's in Social Science from Southern Cross University.
