Stephanie S.

Stephanie S. is an experienced professional in people and culture management, currently serving as Head of People Experience and Change at Transurban since June 2021. In this role, Stephanie partners with senior leaders to develop effective people strategies, lead strategic talent processes, and implement change management for business transformations. Prior to Transurban, Stephanie worked at Australian Unity from November 2017 to June 2021, where responsibilities included leading organisational development initiatives and providing strategic advice and coaching to people leaders. Earlier in Stephanie's career, roles included HR Consultant and HR Specialist at Publicis Loyalty AU & NZ, beginning in 2008. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Behavioural Science in Psychology from La Trobe University.
