Xuan Truong

Xuan Truong, also known as JT, has extensive experience in IT and support management, currently serving as Core Tolling Production Support Manager at Transurban since January 2018. In this role, Xuan is responsible for the production support of tolling and customer applications, application management, and service management, while also overseeing team strategy aligned with business needs. Prior to Transurban, Xuan held various positions at Australia Post, including Midrange & VMS Platforms Manager, where responsibilities included service transition and infrastructure delivery. With a strong foundation in database management, disaster recovery, and people leadership, Xuan has also developed skills in vendor management and risk compliance. Xuan began the professional journey as a Project Developer and Microsoft Network Administrator in Germany after obtaining an Engineer's Degree in Electronic Science from Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Information Technology at Universität Siegen.
