Carl St. Bernard is the current Director at Transverse Medical. Prior to this, they were with AdvaMed, Transverse Medical Inc, CeloNova BioSciences, Inc., and Tryton, where they served as President & CEO. Carl has also held the position of Vice President, Americas at Johnson & Johnson Vision Care, Inc. and Vice President, North American Marketing & Sales at LifeCell Corporation.

Carl has over 25 years of experience in the medical device industry. Carl has a proven track record in successfully leading companies and teams to achieve their objectives. Carl is a strategic thinker with the ability to execute on their vision. Carl is a strong leader who motivates and inspires those around him to achieve their best.

Carl St. Bernard received their MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, their Executive Leadership Program degree from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, and their B.A. in Economics and Business from Lafayette College. Carl also attended Oceanside High School.
