Chris Coccaro

Chris Coccaro is an experienced real estate professional, currently serving as Executive Vice President for Tenant Advisory + Workplace Solutions at Transwestern since July 2022. Previously, Chris held the position of Managing Director at JLL from August 2012 to August 2022, specializing in Tenant Representation in the Washington, DC Metro area. Additional experience includes a role as Senior Vice President at Broad Street Realty and Associate Director at GVA Advantis Real Estate Services, where Chris was recognized as the 2006 Newcomer of the Year for exceptional tenant representation. Early career roles included management positions in sales and development at Engenia Software and eStudentLoan, as well as production-related work at ABC News. Chris holds a BA in English & Philosophy from Georgetown University and an MBA in Organizational Behavior from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business. Chris also contributed to the community as a member of the Board of Directors for Make-A-Wish Mid-Atlantic from October 2017 to December 2020.
