EVP, Market Leader at Transwestern

David is responsible for all levels of performance and the strategic expansion of property and facility management, engineering, due diligence and construction services in the West region as well as the day-to-day operations across all service lines for Phoenix, Southern California and Seattle. He is a member of Transwestern's Executive Committee, Board of Directors and holds a strategic planning role in Transwestern's MSOC group, which develops strategy and process for the company's property and facilities management service lines across the country.

David has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience and 17 years of experience at Transwestern. During his tenure at Transwestern, David has been responsible for overseeing the growth of Transwestern's West region property management platform. In 2009, he led the company's efforts to secure a national preferred provider agreement with RREEF (now Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management), resulting in 47 million square feet of office and industrial properties being added to Transwestern's national management portfolio. Since 2009, David has served as the national account manager for all of Transwestern's Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management assignments.
