Kai Dunna

Kai Dunna serves as the Senior Director of IT Service Delivery at Transwestern since October 2019, leading IT service strategy and execution to enhance operational efficiency and the end-user experience in the commercial real estate sector. With a focus on aligning technology with real estate operations, Kai leverages AI and automation for optimized service delivery across the portfolio. Previously, Kai held positions as Director and IT Service Delivery Manager at Transwestern, as well as IT Service Delivery Manager at JLL and HFF, where responsibilities included managing IT service operations and enhancing business functions. Early in the career, Kai served as IT Systems Manager at LENSEC LLC and Desktop Support Supervisor at HFF.
