Paula Musa

Paula Musa serves as Vice President and Senior Associate Broker at Transwestern, contributing to the Houston office leasing team since June 2015. Responsibilities include marketing, research, and leasing for represented buildings, with a focus on identifying competing properties, prospective tenants, negotiating lease agreements, and securing new assignments. In addition to real estate, Paula participated in community-oriented projects, including Project Hope in Palestine in August 2017, volunteering at the Boy Scout Club of Ramallah, and engaging in a Youth Leadership Summit organized by the American Federation of Ramallah in October 2016, emphasizing professional development and leadership skills. Paula holds a Bachelor's Degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies and Finance from the University of Houston (2010-2014) and completed a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training at BIG YOGA in 2015.
