Perry Degulis

Perry Degulis is an experienced real estate executive currently serving as Executive Managing Director at Transwestern since August 2022. Prior to this role, Perry held several leadership positions at CBRE from March 2006 to September 2022, including Managing Director for Greater Los Angeles, Orange County, and Inland Empire, where responsibilities encompassed driving growth through a cohesive Broker Operating Platform. Perry also served as Division Client Care Director for the Pacific Southwest, and Vice President for roles in Global Program Management and Strategic Initiatives, focusing on integration and operational excellence.
