Jonathan Whitten

Jonathan Whitten has vast work experience in both business brokering and commercial real estate, as well as retail management. Since December 2019, they have been working as a Business Broker and Commercial Real Estate Agent at Transworld Business Advisors. Before that, they spent 18 years at CVS Health, starting as a Store Manager in July 2001 and working their way up. In their role as a Store Manager, they excelled in various areas such as retail management, visual merchandising, store design, profit optimization, process improvement, inventory and cost control, and staff development. Jonathan is known for their ability to lead profit-generating operations through innovative merchandising strategies, pricing and discounting, and a focus on continuous product turnover. Furthermore, Jonathan is skilled in developing highly productive, sales-driven teams through customer-focused training and sales programs. Jonathan has a remarkable ability to establish rapport with customers, gain their trust, and build strong repeat and referral business.

Jonathan Whitten completed an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Jefferson State Community College in 2016. Jonathan then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Alabama at Birmingham from 2016 to 2017. Following this, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same institution between 2017 and 2018.
