Kelvin Ozoemene is a seasoned technical support professional with experience in troubleshooting and problem resolution. Currently serving as a Technical Support Engineer at Tek Experts since November 2024, Kelvin diagnoses and resolves software, hardware, and IT system issues while performing root cause analysis to mitigate recurring problems. Concurrently, Kelvin works as an Information Technology Support Officer at Microconcept Techniques & Associate and as an IT Support Technician at Tranter IT, both since late 2023 and 2022, respectively. Kelvin's background includes generating sign-ins for new hires during the onboarding process at Vatebra Limited.
