Henry Lara

Henry Lara has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Henry most recently served as Vice President Human Resources & CHRO at Tranter since August 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Human Resources at Metrasens from October 2018 to August 2020. In this role, they built and led the HR organization, focusing on talent management and development, talent acquisition, change management, talent retention, organization design, and diversity & inclusion.

Before joining Metrasens, Henry held positions at various companies, including Motorola Solutions, Ingersoll Rand, Baxter Healthcare, Medtronic, and Nokia/Alcatel. At Motorola Solutions, they served as the Human Resources Director, leading the regional HR function and implementing an operational model that aligned HR with the business strategy. At Ingersoll Rand, they directed an HR team supporting commercial and manufacturing organizations, reorganizing the leadership team to optimize business efficiency. Henry also served as the HR Director at Baxter Healthcare, Medtronic, and Nokia/Alcatel, where they strategically developed talent management processes, implemented HR infrastructure, and coordinated HR functions.

Throughout their career, Henry has demonstrated a strong focus on talent management, organizational design, and strategic HR initiatives.

Henry Lara has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Elmhurst University. Henry also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Human Resource Management from Dominican University.
