I’m an HR Specialist with a strong background in the US recruitment process and talent acquisition. Since April 2022, I’ve been working at Tranzeal Incorporated, where I manage the end-to-end employee life cycle—including recruitment, onboarding, talent acquisition, HR operations, benefits, and compliance. I work closely with the Sr. Accounts Manager to ensure all HR functions align with organizational goals and run smoothly.

Before joining Tranzeal, I worked as a Human Resources Executive at IT-SCIENT from December 2021 to April 2022. In that role, I developed and implemented strategic talent attraction plans, forecasted US hiring needs, created job descriptions, and recruited candidates for various roles in the IT industry.

I hold an MBA in Human Resource Management from Amity University, Noida, and a BBA in HRM from ARKA JAIN University, Jamshedpur.
