Neha Varma has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Neha started their career at IDBI Bank Limited as a Customer Success Lead and Relationship Manager in the Corporate Banking division, where they focused on acquiring new business and managing relationships with high-profile clients. Neha then worked at Marcus Evans Scandinavia Limited, where they excelled in sales and achieved the Employee of the Month Award.

Next, Neha joined Hindustan Times - Firefly e-Ventures Private Limited (Shine.com) as an Account Manager, where they played a key role in integrating Facebook hiring solutions and improving the hiring process. Following that, they worked at Newswire18 Pvt Limited - Network 18 Group as a Customer Success Manager and Inside Sales professional, managing financial products and executing marketing strategies.

Prior to that, in 2010-2011, Neha pursued an Associate's degree in Entrepreneurship Management- Women Entrepreneurship at Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies. Neha then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on International Business & Marketing from Manipal Academy of Higher Education between 2002 and 2004.
