Kevin Weinsheimer

Kevin Weinsheimer has extensive work experience in various roles within the real estate industry. Kevin began their career at Taylor, Bean & Whitaker in 2001 as a Marketing Manager and then moved on to TriCon/TowerWerks, Inc. in 2006, where they served as a Business Manager. In 2009, they joined Tranzon Driggers, starting as a Junior Project Manager and progressing to Project Manager and Senior Project Manager. From 2013 until the present, Kevin has been the Director of Operations at Tranzon Driggers, where they have managed all aspects of real estate auction campaigns and supervised various departments. Kevin currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer and Real Estate Broker at the company.

Kevin Weinsheimer earned a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Mercer University, which they attended from 2007 to 2009. In 1995 to 1997, they studied Business Administration & Management and received an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree from the College of Central Florida. In 2012, Kevin obtained a Certificate in Real Estate Principles & Practices from the same institution. Most recently, they pursued a Certification in Information Technology from Marion Technical College between 2019 and 2020. Additionally, Kevin has obtained several certifications, including AMM (Auction Marketing Management) from the National Auctioneers Association in January 2019, a Licensed Real Estate Broker designation from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation in April 2014, and CompTIA A+ ce Certification from CompTIA in August 2020. Currently, they are working towards completing the Real Estate Broker Class at Bert Rodgers Real Estate School, starting in 2021 and expected to finish in 2022.
