Paul Awad

Paul Awad is an experienced Product Management professional with a strong background in cloud strategy and analytics. Currently serving as Director of Product Management at SOTI since October 2020, Paul also holds a concurrent role as Director of Product Management - Cloud and Analytics at Trapeze Group, where responsibilities include enhancing business intelligence capabilities for transit agencies and leading a Cloud-First strategy. Prior experience at IBM spanned over 15 years, including roles such as Program Director for Data & Analytics Cloud Strategy, Risk Analytics, and Mergers & Acquisitions, where Paul drove cloud service delivery and integrated product portfolios. A graduate of Dalhousie University with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Paul's career reflects a commitment to optimizing product offerings and improving operational efficiencies across various sectors.
