Zainab Bahrainwala

Zainab Bahrainwala has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple companies and roles. They recently joined Dimension as the Chief of Staff in September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Tempo from August 2020 to September 2022 as an Executive Business Partner, where they provided calendar support, assisted with project milestones, and improved administrative systems and processes. Before Tempo, Zainab worked at Clover Health from September 2015 to August 2020 in various roles such as Program Manager, Operations Associate, Operations Specialist, and Operations Coordinator. They also gained experience as an EHS Specialist at Bristol-Myers Squibb from October 2013 to September 2014. Zainab's early career includes a position as a Clinical Research Manager at Johns Hopkins Hospital from October 2008 to August 2012.

Zainab Bahrainwala obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Zainab then pursued further education and earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Biotechnology from The Johns Hopkins University in 2010-2011. Besides their formal education, Zainab has also attained several certifications. In 2016, they became a certified Producer for Accident, Health, or Sickness from the NJ Department of Banking and Insurance. Two years later, in 2018, they obtained certification in Human Subjects Research from the CITI Program, A Division of BRANY, specializing in Engaged in Research and Research Committee. Most recently, in March 2020, Zainab completed the Certified Product Manager (CPM) course offered by Product School.
