Kristy Caylor is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader in the fashion and sustainability sectors, currently serving as the CEO and Founder of Trashie since September 2023, aiming to promote circular behavior in consumer habits. As the CEO and Co-founder of For Days since January 2018, Caylor has been instrumental in establishing the first fully circular apparel brand. Previous experience includes co-founding CERCI Collective, where Caylor focused on technology solutions for brand efficiency and sustainability from January 2016 to December 2017, and serving as Co-Founder, President, and Creative Director of Maiyet from September 2010 to December 2015, where Caylor transformed the perception of mission-driven brands. Other notable roles include President and COO at Band of Outsiders and Senior Director at Gap Inc., with responsibilities spanning merchandise management and significant retail operations. Caylor holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University and an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Finance from USC Marshall School of Business.
