Sam Tape

Sam Tape is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in various roles, particularly in the field of full stack development and technical leadership. Currently serving as a Founding Software Engineer at TrashLab since October 2022, Sam previously worked at When I Work from January 2016 to October 2022, where contributions included developing a Slack bot for improved deployment management and optimizing scheduling performance to accommodate a larger customer base. Earlier experience at Fisdap spanned from June 2009 to January 2016, where Sam held positions from Junior Web Applications Developer to Tech Lead on Content Tools Project, focusing on team leadership, mentoring, and application development. Sam holds a degree in Computer Science from Grinnell College, obtained in May 2009.
