Ephigenie Jessie Gagne has extensive experience in research and development operations, currently serving as Head of Traton External Operations in Group R&D at TRATON GROUP since July 2025. Previously, Gagne held various leadership roles at Scania Group from March 2017 to July 2025, including Head of External Operation and Senior Sourcing Manager, focusing on collaboration with external competencies to enhance R&D goals. Gagne's background also includes significant contributions at Renault Nordic AB as Nordic Electric Vehicles Business Development Manager and in legal roles at Eurolawyers Advokatfirma and The Hague Conference on Private International Law.
