Tobias Reiser

Tobias Reiser is an experienced professional currently serving as Team Lead HR Company Services and previously as HR Specialist Talent Management at TRATON GROUP since January 2022. In this role, Tobias manages international strategic projects focused on Culture, HR Transformation, and Change, particularly driving the implementation of the TRATON GROUP Diversity & Inclusion strategy. Prior to this, Tobias worked as Executive Assistant at RIO The Logistics Flow from March 2017 to December 2021, supporting the CEO with day-to-day business operations and preparing strategic presentations for executive meetings. Earlier experience includes working as a Working Student in Innovation Management at Allianz Worldwide Partners, where contributions were made to product development and strategic initiatives. Tobias holds a Master of Science in Technology & Management and a Bachelor of Science in Technische BWL, both from the Technical University of Munich.
