Seydou Nourou Dia

Seydou Nourou Dia is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service and recruitment. Currently serving as a Call Center Representative at AH Africa since September 2023, Seydou has also held the position of Responsable du suivi recrutement at Travail Global Agence de Placement since May 2022. Prior experience includes a significant role as Team Manager at IBEX | Global from May 2013 to September 2022, and as Chef des relations clientèle at CSI Matforce for a brief period in late 2021. Seydou's career began as a Trading Agent at PCCI Sénégal from October 2009 to February 2011. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree from UCAD and a Bachelor’s degree from ISEG Dakar.
