Anna Spenceley

Anna Spenceley is a recognized authority in sustainable and responsible tourism, currently serving as Chair of the Independent Advisory Group at Travalyst since January 2020. Anna Spenceley is also a Board of Trustees member for the Seychelles Islands Foundation since February 2022 and a member of the UNDP vetted Rosters of Experts for biodiversity and sustainable land management. As an independent consultant and Director at STAND Ltd since June 1999, Anna Spenceley's expertise encompasses biodiversity conservation, protected areas, and related fields. Previous roles include Board Member of the Global Sustainable Tourism Council and Chair of the IUCN WCPA Tourism and Protected Areas Specialist Group. Anna Spenceley holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Sustainable Tourism and has completed advanced studies in environmental technology and zoology.
