Baas Mannarasala

Baas Mannarasala has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Baas started their career as a Software Engineer at NeST, where they developed the HMI for a power plant control system. Baas then joined ISRO as a Scientist/Engineer, where they played a key role in developing ground-based checkout systems for launch operations. After that, they worked at Ushus Technologies as a Project Manager, primarily managing software development projects for customers in Japan. Baas then joined Ernst & Young as a Project Manager, overseeing the development of software solutions for HR processes and payroll calculations. Following that, they were a Project Manager at Infosys Technologies, responsible for developing applications for Human Capital Management. Later, they joined L&T as a Senior Project Manager, setting up and leading a team that provided industrial automation solutions. Currently, Baas Mannarasala holds the position of Chief Technology Officer at Travancore Analytics.

Baas Mannarasala attended Govt Boys' High School in Haripad from 1980 to 1986. After completing their high school education, they pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in Applied Electronics and Instrumentation at the College of Engineering Trivandrum from 1988 to 1992. Following that, they furthered their education by completing a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree in Digital Electronics at Cochin University of Science and Technology from 1992 to 1994.

Aside from their formal education, Baas Mannarasala also obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in July 2004.
