Karam Shibl Ali Shibl has worked as the Director of the health club at Star Hotel McAdie Bay in Hurghada, Red Sea since January 2020. Prior to that, they held the role of Reception Manager at the international Russian company for tourism projects from April 2011 to October 2017.

Karam Shibl Ali Shibl holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Tourism and Business Management from the School of Tourism and Hotels.
