Juan Lladó Rodríguez has a diverse work experience in software engineering and project management. Juan started their career in 2005 as a Programmer at Okkum, where they worked on J2EE programming and created Web Services. From 2006 to 2013, they worked at Bizzit, where they held roles as a Project Manager and an Analyst Programmer. During this time, they managed JEE and .Net projects in both the public and private sectors, specializing in the tourism industry. Juan also performed programming and architecture tasks using technologies such as JEE, Spring, Hibernate, JQuery, WS REST, and SOAP. In 2013, they joined Brujula Tecnologías de la Información S.A as a Project Manager before moving to Globalia (Belive Hotels) as an Analyst Programmer. In this role, they developed services and websites for Belive Hotels using Java/JEE and JavaScript. Juan'sresponsibilities included the full development of a platform for hotel sites. Since 2014, Juan has been working at Travel Compositor, initially as a Software Engineer and currently as the CDO - Software Engineer. Juan has been involved in the development and design of the company's application and infrastructure, including a multi-destination reservation system. Juan'stechnical skills include JEE, JPA, JSF, Primefaces, Infinispan, CXF, Thymeleaf, TomEE, EclipseLink, MyBatis, and EhCache.

Juan Lladó Rodríguez completed their education from 2000 to 2006 at the Universitat de les Illes Balears. Juan obtained a degree in Ingeniero Técnico en Informática de Gestión during this time. In November 2017, they also received certification as a Certified Scrum Developer from the Scrum Alliance.
