Laura Pinto R.

Laura Pinto R. has a diverse work experience in the travel industry. Laura started their career as a Journalist at Planeta Automotor Business in 2006. In 2009, they joined Iberisla as an Operations Specialist, where they organized transfers, managed crises, and provided excellent service to German tour operators. Later in 2009, they moved to Iberoservice Jamaica LTD and played a pivotal role in opening a new branch, recruiting personnel, and managing all office operations.

In 2016, Laura joined Iberoservice Mexico SA de CV as an Operations Manager, where they supervised and managed various departments, including hotel reservations, excursions, and transportation. Laura specialized in serving European markets.

In 2018, Laura joined Thomas Cook as a Director of Operations, responsible for managing all office operations, customer services, staff, negotiations with suppliers, and organizing special itineraries. Laura also worked as an Operations Manager at Thomas Cook during the same period.

In 2020, Laura joined Aquaworld Cancún as a Customer Service Manager, leading the front desk and call center operations and closely working with operations teams to resolve customer issues and enhance customer satisfaction.

Currently, Laura is working at Travel Compositor in the role of Latam Sales Operations, starting in June 2022.
