Paul Adams is an accomplished technology executive with a strong background in engineering and architecture, currently serving as the Head of Engineering and Platform Architecture at Travel Counsellors since April 2021. Previously, Paul played a pivotal role as an Enterprise Architect and Chief of Staff to the CTO at Greensill, focusing on strategic technology initiatives and leading a significant replatforming effort. With extensive experience at Crowder Consulting, Paul held multiple roles including Software Development Manager, demonstrating expertise in organizational design, technical leadership, and the implementation of modern development practices. A graduate in Computer Science from Lancaster University, Paul has effectively scaled teams, improved processes, and successfully led transitions to cloud-native architectures throughout a diverse career in software development and engineering.
