Simon Ward

Simon Ward has over 18 years of experience in the travel industry, currently serving as the Director of Supplier Partner Connectivity & Strategy at Travel Counsellors since March 2005. In this role, Simon leads the strategy and management of supplier relationships to enhance efficiency and improve the booking experience for both Travel Counsellors and customers. Previously, Simon held the position of Head of Commercial, focusing on the expansion and growth of the company's dynamic packaging system, Phenix, and driving internal adoption across seven markets. Early career experience includes work as a Helpdesk Agent and Travel Agent at Thomas Cook, where Simon completed a modern apprenticeship and gained expertise in travel sales and customer service. Educational background includes completing high school at Albany High School.
