Darcie Powell, an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), currently serves as the Learning and Development Manager at Travel Innovation Group since August 2022, previously holding the title of Group Training Manager. Prior experience includes roles at Whitbread from December 2017 to August 2022 as a Management Capability and Management Development Trainer, where Darcie contributed significantly to the Learning & Development team. Earlier experience also encompasses positions such as Skills Trainer within the Estate Development Team at Premier Inn and various management roles at Whitbread and Premier Inn from July 2013 to June 2017. Darcie Powell holds CIPD qualifications obtained between June 2021 and November 2022 and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Studies from Liverpool John Moores University from 2009 to 2013. Education was completed at Ysgol John Brights from 2002 to 2009.
